The Lending Process

• Start with the assurance that you are dealing with a reputable business that is licensed and regulated by the local Police Departments and cooperates closely with local law enforcement agencies.


• You must be 18 years of age and have a valid photo ID to receive a loan. A photo is taken during the transaction.


• Our experts will determine the value of your item and explain how they arrived at their valuation. A pawn ticket will be issued stating the amount of the loan and the specified time Empire Loan will hold the client's property.


• Loan values are typically 1/3 to 1/2 of the price the broker could receive for the sale of an item during the worst of times. In the case of gold, we loan approximately 70% of the items gold scrap value.


• There are no hidden charges.


• You will receive cash in exchange for your pledging the item for the specified time.


• With your cash, you will also receive a Note providing the details of your loan: The due date of the loan. The interest you will owe on the due date. And the itemization of the loan fee.


• It takes as little as 15 minutes between the time you step up to our loan window, in any of our stores, and leave with your cash.


• Hold onto your claim check to redeem your item. Your property will be safe and well cared for.


• You are under no obligation to come back and pick up your property. Should you be unable or unwilling to pay back your loan, your pledge will be forfeited. There are no further or additional repercussions , no reporting to the credit bureaus, no effect on your credit "score", and you will in no way be impeded from taking future collateral loans.


• Almost 90% of all loans made at Empire Loan are repaid.
